Sky Sauna & Spa is being developed as a new wellness space in the mountains, designed for guests who expect more than a standard relaxation area. This place is to combine high standard, refined architecture, calm atmosphere and solutions, which until now rarely appeared in buildings of this type in Poland. That's why Sky Sauna & Spa will not be just another hotel spa, but one of the most important new spaces of its kind in the region. The emerging zone is to strengthen the position of Zagroń as a place that develops the offer consciously and with momentum, responding to the needs of guests looking for both tranquility and a unique setting of their stay. As a result, there will be a project that will naturally fit into such searches as a spa in the Beskydy Mountains, a hotel with a spa or wellness in the mountains, but at the same time will go beyond what is usually hidden under these slogans.
Sky Sauna & Spa is created to broaden the way we think about what modern wellness in the Beskydy Mountains can be. This investment was not planned as a single zone with saunas and treatments, but as a full, multi-level concept of a place where everything was subordinated to the quality of stay, aesthetics and consistency of the whole experience. This is why the project combines leisure zones, a sauna, treatment offer, catering spaces and the possibility of organizing events of a more prestigious character. Sky Sauna & Spa is intended to answer the needs of people who are looking for a hotel with a sauna, a spa hotel in the mountains or a place for a longer, quieter stay surrounded by mountains. From the perspective of the guest, this will not simply be another part of the hotel, but a carefully designed zone, which in itself will become one of the reasons for coming to Istebna.
What creates the nature of this zone
The entire Sky Sauna & Spa building was conceived as a place with a wide function that will respond to both the needs of hotel guests and to more event-oriented scenarios. On the ground floor there will be full sanitary facilities with toilets, changing rooms, showers and changing rooms, thanks to which the use of the facility will be comfortable and well organized from the very entrance. In this part there is also planned a public sauna and a small gym with modern equipment, designed for hotel guests. An important element of this floor will also be a bistro with full kitchen facilities and a room, which, depending on the needs, will be able to act as an intimate conference space, banquet hall or facilities for special events. Behind the bistro there will be a terrace with a family zone and a water playground, which will naturally expand the function of this part of the facility. Additionally, the space under the existing pool, with a glazed bottom and front, will be able to act as a venue for animation and creative activities, and in event seasons as a chillout zone or cocktail zone.
The most unique part of the entire investment will be an extensive saunarium located on the first floor and attic. It is here that the zone will be created, which has a chance to realistically distinguish Zagroń as a hotel with a saunarium in the Beskydy Mountains and at the same time an object offering wellness in the mountains in a much wider, more refined version. The saunarium will not be a closed complex of rooms, cut off from the environment, but a space that consciously works with view, light and materials. From this part you will be able to directly enter the tropical pool and also walk the footbridge to Infinity Sky 36°. Such a composition will make Sky Sauna & Spa perceived not only as a new spa in the Beskydy Mountains, but as one of the most characteristic projects of this type in the Polish mountains.
What will distinguish the saunarium
What will distinguish Sky Sauna & Spa is not just the offer itself, but the way the entire space has been designed. One of the most unique elements will be large glazing in saunas, opening the interiors to the view of the slope and mountains. In Poland, this is still not the standard in wellness & spa facilities, which is why this element can become one of the strongest distinguishing elements of the entire zone. Instead of closed rooms, a space will be created in which the architecture will dialogue with the landscape, and the stay in the sauna will become something much more visually and emotionally intense. A very strong accent will also be the round ritual sauna on the second level, heavily glazed and open to the view of the surroundings. The whole will be complemented by a direct footbridge to Infinity Sky 36°, a stone cooling grotto, a salt room with a view of the slope, a salt tank and leisure facilities designed to emphasize the premium character of the place. It is these solutions that make Sky Sauna & Spa a chance to stand out not only as a hotel with a spa, but as a project with a clearly stronger identity.
The offer of saunas has been planned to build not only diversity, but also the character of the entire zone. Sky Sauna & Spa will feature an infrared sauna with individual armchairs, a dry istebnian sauna made of local wood by a local carpenter, a coffee sauna with an expressive arrangement, a stone sauna with panoramic views and two wet saunas, including one designed for peeling rituals. Each of them will play its own role, thanks to which the entire zone will acquire a more refined and multidimensional character. The most spectacular element of this part will be a round ritual sauna, designed as a strong architectural and functional accent at the same time. It is such a set that will make people entering passwords such as saunas in the Beskydy Mountains or a hotel with a saunarium will find a project that really stands out from other objects. This is not only about the number of saunas, but about the quality, form and how they are incorporated into the whole concept of the place.
In the zone they will be
Sky Sauna & Spa will be more than a sauna area. In the building, there will be developed relaxation zones on two levels, a mini bar with healthy drinks, as well as massage and treatment rooms, including head spas, facial treatments using apparatus, massages and body rituals. A double study with two baths, designed for rituals for couples or girlfriends, is also planned, which will further expand the nature of the offer. An important element of this part will also be a salt room with heated loungers and a salt tank overlooking the slope. Thanks to this, Sky Sauna & Spa will become a full wellness space in the mountains, and not just an addition to the hotel offer. This is especially important from the point of view of guests who are looking for a place where the spa in the Beskydy Mountains means a wide, well-thought-out and really qualitative offer.

The complement of the zone will be
Sky Sauna & Spa will be a place designed not only for hotel guests, but also for companies and groups looking for a space with a high standard and high image potential. The entire building can be used for intimate events, premium meetings and projects of a unique character. There will be not only a sauna and leisure areas, but also gastronomic facilities, a bistro, an event room and outdoor spaces that allow you to organize barbecue or live cooking evenings. This arrangement makes Sky Sauna & Spa go beyond the classic understanding of hotel wellness and also become an attractive location for more prestigious stay scenarios. This is an important asset that distinguishes this project from standard hotel facilities with a spa in the mountains.
One of the strongest features of Sky Sauna & Spa will be a direct connection to Infinity Sky 36°, the world's first swimming pool suspended above the slope. The footbridge leading from the saunarium to this unique part of the complex will create a coherent and very expressive concept of rest in the mountains. This solution will make the new zone seen not only as a spa in the Beskydy Mountains, but as part of a much larger, unique project. In practice, it is this combination that can become one of the strongest arguments for guests looking for a spa hotel in the mountains, which gives something more than the standard of stay itself. Thanks to this, Sky Sauna & Spa will reinforce the entire image of Zagroń as a modern, ambitious and distinctive place on the market.
What this zone will gain thanks to the connection with Infinity Sky 36°
Sky Sauna & Spa has a chance to become one of the most expressive wellness & spa places in the Polish mountains. It is a project that combines a modern saunarium, treatment offer, relaxation zones, event facilities and a unique location in Istebna. Thanks to well-thought-out architecture, high standard and direct connection with Infinity Sky 36°, a space is created that can clearly distinguish the Beskydy Mountains on the map of spa and wellness facilities in Poland. Sky Sauna & Spa will be a proposition for those who are looking for a refined, characteristic and excitement place even before their arrival. This is why this project has the potential to become one of the strongest new points in the region.
