I. GENERAL PART

1. The administrator of the object of the Water Park in Istebna, hereinafter referred to as Water Park, is Linter Tour S.A. with its registered office in Istebna (address: 43-470 Istebna no. 634, Regon 240979819, NIP 5482567592)

2. The text of these regulations is also available on the website of the Water Park: www.istebna.org

3. The Water Park is open daily from 09:00 to 21:00.

4. Opening time may change due to organizational reasons (sports and recreational competitions, season, breakdown or hazard).

5. The Water Park Management may temporarily limit access to the swimming pool due to the number of people using, which is limited by the area of water mirrors in the basin.

6. Before entering the area of the swimming pool hall and outdoor pools and starting to use individual facilities of the Water Park, please read these rules and instructions for use of pool attractions, and adhere to them during your stay in the pool hall. The supervisor or group manager is responsible for familiarizing with the rules and instructions of group participants.

7. Persons staying on the premises and violating public order, good customs, including those using profanity, posing a danger to other persons staying in the facility, as well as persons who do not comply with the provisions of these regulations, to the recommendations of cleaning services or employees, may be removed from the premises without the right to refund previously paid fees.

8. The authorized representative of the Water Park shall have the right to check the condition

sobriety of persons staying on the premises. Refusal to submit to the test will result in removal from the site

9. All persons located on the premises are obliged to comply without delay with the communications announced by the radio carrier.

10. The property is prohibited:

  • smoking and consuming alcoholic beverages, with the exception of places intended for this purpose,
  • bringing sharp tools and other dangerous objects,
  • bringing food or other goods in glass packaging into the swimming pool hall,
  • the introduction and residence of animals,
  • the introduction of persons whose condition indicates the consumption of alcohol or means that interfere or restrict the assessment of the situation or cause unnatural behaviour
  • the admission of persons whose behaviour poses a threat to those who use the swimming pool,
  • admission of persons whose hygiene status deviates from generally accepted norms.

11 The organizer of the stay of a group of persons shall be responsible for the effects of the behaviors of the group participants.

12. All devices made available to the customers of the Water Park have the required approvals and ensure, in accordance with the relevant instructions for use, safe use of them.

13. Detailed rules of use of other facilities or attractions are governed by separate regulations or instructions, except for the swimming pool hall and outdoor pools.

14. The Water Park facility is monitored continuously, together with the recording from the cameras, and the recordings from the cameras may be the basis for liability in relation to users who do not comply with the regulations and instructions. The management of the facility guarantees that monitoring is balanced in a way that does not violate personal rights and dignity of users.

15. Commercial activities are prohibited on the premises without the written consent of the Management Board.

16. Every user of the Water Park has a social obligation to immediately notify rescuers or other functional employees of the facility about the occurrence of any situation posing a danger to the users of the facility.

17. Any person intending to use the Aquapark facility may obtain information about the scope of services provided at a given time in the facility or restrictions occurring in that measure, and the decision regarding the use of the facility is taken at his own risk.

  • The signal for immediate exit from the water is the signal of the three whistles of the rescuer or the message transmitted by the speakers. After hearing the signal, leave the basin and await further instructions from rescuers or personnel.
  • Wearing glasses and contact glasses is at the user's own risk. If you are in the swimming pool hall wearing corrective glasses, these glasses must be fixed in such a way as to prevent them from falling
  • The use of dryers and other electrical equipment can only be carried out in the dry zone of the facility
  • The use of cameras and cameras on the premises may take place only after obtaining the consent of the object administrator
  • The transfer and use of your own sports equipment on the premises can only be carried out after the consent and conditions have been agreed by the management of the facility.
  • In order to maintain the proper sanitary state of water, it is forbidden to bring any sports and recreational equipment previously used elsewhere.
  • Persons destroying or damaging the equipment or devices of the facility bear material responsibility for the damage caused.
  • Things found on the property must be handed over to the staff. Locker room staff issue items found after they are identified by the owner within up to three weeks from the date they were left.
  • All gainful activities inside the facility — including the provision of private swimming instruction for remuneration, club events, sports and other team events, are possible only with the knowledge and consent of the management of the facility
  • Employees of the Water Park and persons authorized to do so may control all conducted classes, and in case of deficiencies leading to a threat to the safety of people using the swimming pool and stop conducting classes.
  • Groups organised before entering the property are required to report to the reception and agree on the terms of use of the property and water attractions. Organized groups additionally apply the provisions of the Regulations for organized groups


II. RULES FOR USING THE POOL HALL AND OUTDOOR POOLS

1. Before entering the area of the swimming pool hall and outdoor pools and starting to use individual facilities of the Water Park, you should read these regulations and instructions for the use of slides and water attractions in the pool hall, as well as strictly adhere to them during your stay.

2. Persons staying in the swimming pool hall, outdoor pools and violating public order, good customs, including those using profanity, as well as persons posing a danger to other users, not complying with the provisions of these regulations or to the recommendations of lifeguards or workers, may be removed from the pool hall and outdoor pools without the right to refund previously paid fees.

3. Those who do not know how to swim can only use designated zones for non-swimmers.

4. Organized groups must have at least one supervisor per 15 participants, responsible for their wards throughout their stay on the premises.

5. The supervisor of the group, upon entering the pool hall and outdoor pools, is obliged to contact the head of the change of lifeguards in order to determine the rules for the use of the pool hall and outdoor pools by the group.

6. A swimming group or participating in specialized activities may not count more than 15 participants per person conducting classes.

7. Swimming classes can only be held in the presence of swimming instructors, lifeguards and school group guardians.

8. Specialized classes can take place only in the presence of instructors of the relevant specialty and paramedics, and in the case of school groups - additionally the guardians of school groups, in the amount of not less than one supervisor per 15 participants.

9. Group classes are held according to a strictly defined schedule available in the Information.

10. Swimsuit only applies in the pool hall and outdoor pools: one or two pieces swimsuit for women, swimming trunks or swimming shorts for men.

11. Group guardians are obliged to stay in the pool hall and outdoor pools in a swimsuit or tank top and short shorts and a marked outfit issued in the Water Park Information for the duration of their stay in the pool hall.

12. Children wearing diapers should be wearing disposable diapers intended for bathing.

13. Each user is obliged to use showers before entering the pool hall and outdoor pools to wash the whole body and disinfect the feet.

14. When using the attractions of the pool hall and outdoor pools, you must strictly follow the instructions and markings (pictograms) and follow the instructions of the operation. A list of characters can be found on a separate board.

15. When using a water slide, it is strictly necessary to observe the instructions at the starting stations and follow the traffic lights or operating instructions.

16. In the swimming pool hall and outdoor pools, it is forbidden to:

  • damage/destruction of markings having a direct impact on safety
  • crossing (flowing, crossing) separated zones with ropes additionally marked: alternating white and red or red floats
  • running and shoving other users into the water, as well as any other safety threatening behaviour
  • residence of persons whose condition indicates the consumption of alcohol or measures to restrict or interfere with the assessment of the situation
  • the sale, administration, contribution and consumption of alcoholic beverages, as well as measures to restrict or interfere with the assessment of the situation
  • initiating false positives
  • entering sculptures, railings, rescue workstations, walls surrounding swimming pools, flowerbeds, rocks and other devices not used for this purpose,
  • jumping into water from walls, railings, figures, stairs, jacuzzi baths, flowerbeds and other fragments of the structure of the object, as well as from the bank of the basin, in particular from the run-off or “on the head”,
  • the use of rescue equipment for purposes other than intended,
  • use of slides or attractions in a manner inconsistent with the instructions,
  • approach or swim to climbing walls when using them by another user,
  • eating food items in the area of the changing room, changing room, pool hall excluding the wet shoulder and the area around it.
  • throwing into the water dishes, food debris and any objects not customary to play in the water,
  • destruction of equipment,
  • contamination of pool water,
  • use of soap and other chemicals.

17. It is forbidden to use the pool hall for persons who have or external signs indicate: skin diseases, open cuts and wounds, difficulty breathing, imbalances, epilepsy, cardiovascular disorders, neurological disorders, infectious diseases, lack of personal hygiene, frequent intravenous injections, aggressive behavior.

18. Persons in deteriorated state of health, fitness or well-being, as well as pregnant women, should use the facilities of the pool hall in accordance with their current state of health and with extreme caution, and Linter Tour shall not be liable for any adverse effects of failure to do so. The use of water attractions is at the users' own risk. People with unstable health should use the attractions with extreme caution (or after consulting their doctor)

19. Children before the age of 10 may stay in the pool hall and outdoor pools and bathe only under the care of adults.

20. Any cuts, injuries and disturbances in the functioning of the body should be reported immediately to the nursing office or to the nearest paramedic.

21. Persons using the swimming pool hall and outdoor pools shall be obliged to place and store clothing, bags and other items brought into the premises in designated lockers in the changing rooms and to close these lockers, and in relation to valuables, to put them for safekeeping in the place indicated for that purpose.

III. PAYMENT

1. Tickets are charged in advance according to the price list and is non-refundable.

2. The duration of stay in the pool hall and outdoor pools is measured from the moment of passing through the gate at the checkout until the moment of passing it at the exit.

3. Payment for the sauna service is charged separately, except for tickets containing these services.

4. Accounting for the stay in the swimming pool hall and outdoor pools is carried out on the basis of the current price list, approved by the Water Park Board

5. Invoices for services provided by the Water Park may be received in the Information, on the basis of submitted fiscal receipts, within 7 days from the date of service.

6. Tickets entitling to use the Water Park (all kinds of entrance cards, passes, passes, etc.) may be purchased only from the owner of the Water Park or from his authorized representatives.

7. Tickets acquired from unauthorized or unauthorized persons will not be honoured.

  • Full charges for the use of the equipment and for any extended stay on the premises must be adjusted at the time of leaving the property.
  • The customer should leave the facility by 21.00, for exceeding the time of stay, a fee is charged in accordance with the price list.
  • Eligibility for concessions is determined by the price list of the swimming pool upon presentation of the documents used.


IV. RESPONSIBILITY

1. For the destruction of elements of the object's equipment, as well as the destruction, damage or loss of items donated for use, the full amount of the damage is payable.

2. Linter Tour is not responsible for items left unsupervised or lost on the premises, including valuable items.

3. Linter Tour is not responsible for damage to swimwear in the pool hall.

4. For losing the belt with an electronic reader, the user is obliged to pay the amount of PLN 100.

5. Linter Tour shall not be liable for accidents caused by non-compliance with these regulations, instructions for using water attractions and operating instructions.

6. Linter Tour is not responsible for the user's failure to read these regulations and instructions for the use of the sauna, slide and other water attractions.

7. The purchase of a ticket is tantamount to acceptance of the conditions of the Istebna Water Park regulations.


V. Complaints

1. Any person dissatisfied with the level of services provided has the right to submit a complaint or request in this respect at the customer service point.

2. Within 14 days from the date of submission of the complaint or request, they will be recognized by Linter Tour of which the interested party will be notified in writing.



Regulations for organized groups.

  • Before entering the facility, the guardian is obliged to read and adapt to the applicable regulations.
  • A group of mentees should take places away from checkout stations, so as not to hinder the entry of individuals.
  • The supervisor of the group is obliged to familiarize his wards with the regulations of the facility and to comply with all its points.
  • After entering the pool hall, the caregiver is obliged to set up the group and contact the WOPR lifeguard shift manager to determine the rules for using the bath.

Entrance to the property:

  • The cashier issues the attendant a deducted amount of transponders (watches), which he distributes to the wards personally.
  • At each transponder there is a locker number and a key to open it.
  • The supervisor of the group receives the master transponder, on the basis of which the settlement of the group takes place
  • At the cash register, the group supervisor signs the minutes of the stay of organized groups and the application form, which he should fill out and return to the WOPR shift manager immediately after entering the swimming pool hall.
  • The time is calculated from the moment the watch is activated and the stay is paid.
  • First of all, you need to go to the changing rooms, and then find the lockers with the number corresponding to the number on the transponder (prohibition of approaching cabinets in shoes)
  • In the cabinet it is necessary to leave all things except those that will be needed in the pool hall.
  • After closing the cabinet, you need to fasten the transponder on your hands.
  • In the event that the group supervisor does not use water attractions, he should have appropriate clothing and variable footwear (flip flops).

Exit from the pool hall and outdoor pools:

  • After disguising and closing the lockers, the attendant receives the wards all transponders received at the entrance to the object.
  • The guardian gives the cashier all the transponders together with the master transponder (his), on the basis of which the settlement takes place.
  • In case of exceeding the established duration of stay (or use of the sauna), the guardian is obliged to pay the charges in accordance with the applicable price list of services.
