1. STANDARD ticket - is a ticket that entitles you to enter the outdoor and indoor swimming pool area

2. OPEN ticket - is a ticket that entitles you to enter the external and internal zones and to the Medical SPA zone, with saunas, salt cutter, salt cave.

3. HEALTH ticket - is a ticket that entitles you to enter the Medical SPA zone, with saunas, salt cutter, salt cave.

4. Caps are not required.

5. Istebna Water Park is available for guests from outside (who are not hotel guests) from 9:00 to 21:00

6. We do not make reservations for the entrance to the pool. Exceptions are only groups of more than 20 people.

7. There are no types of inputs other than those in the price list (e.g. there is no all-day entry).

8. We do not honor multisport, medicover and other cards.

9. The water temperature is maintained around 33-35 degrees.

10. There are entry limits, however, there is a rotation (some guests go out, others enter) and without any hassle everyone interested will enter the pool area.
