Each stay leaves behind memories. Sometimes these are moments of relaxation in the Water Park, time spent in Medical SPA, a family trip to the mountains or just a few days of rest from everyday life. That is why our guests' opinions matter so much to us.
Starting from April 1, 2026, at the Zagroń Istebna Complex, we start a unique campaign, as part of which, once a quarter, we will choose the most creative five-star opinion published by our Guests on Google.

This is not only a way to appreciate people who share their experiences, but also a valuable tip, thanks to which we can develop the quality of services and even better respond to the needs of people visiting us.
Write a review and fight for a prize
If you visited the Istebna Zagron Complex and your stay met expectations, we will be very pleased if you share your opinion on Google. We encourage you to write a few sentences from yourself — tell you about what is most memorable, what gave you pleasure and why it is worth coming back to us.
In each edition of the competition, we will select one of the most creative five-star opinion and its author will receive a unique award from us.
What can be won?
The winner will receive a two-day stay for 2 people in the Zagroń Istebna Complex. The award includes:
• 2 nights for 2 people
• breakfasts
• unlimited admission to the Water Park
• unlimited access to Medical SPA
This is a great opportunity to visit the Beskydy Mountains again and once again take advantage of the attractions that await our guests.
How do we choose the winner?
The selection is made by a three-person committee, which examines the submitted opinions once a quarter. We take into account first of all:
• creativity of speech
• originality of opinions
• how to describe your stay and experience related to the visit
Each review will also be verified for authenticity. We care about real reviews that actually relate to your stay in our property.
When do we announce the results?
Results will be published quarterly, no later than until:
• July 15
• October 15
• January 15
• April 15
