Continuing the tradition of the Volochs, the highlanders of the Silesian Beskids in Koniaków, after a long break, began grazing sheep. The tradition of producing delicious regional cheeses such as bundz, bryndza, oscypki, Wallachian cheeses, korbacha and zhyntyca has also returned.

Piotr Kohut's Kolyba” Na Szaniec” offers the opportunity to participate in sheep cheese production workshops, combined with lecture and subsequent consumption, and you can also buy homemade cheeses here.

Highlander costumes, sheep wool products, souvenirs, wood, metal, leather and eco-friendly materials are offered in the nearby Highlander Shop.

Kolyba is open from April to October. The Highlander Shop is open all year round.
